From design consultations to project management throughout. We take our process seriously. We value transparency & keeping you fully clued up throughout the whole process.
Phase 1 - Preliminary.
It all begins with an idea. We take a detailed brief of your project and work through all the stages to ensure your project is perfectly set up for success.
Step 1 - Meet.
This step is all about you. We meet with you (face-to-face or via Zoom) to understand your building project and work through the project brief. We get to know one another!
Step 2 - Preliminary Services Contract.
We review the details of your project and work out which preliminary services will be required. We meet with you and go over this in detail. Once contract is signed we move forward to step three.
Step 3 - Planning.
We work with our preliminary services team and yourself to set your project up for success. We work through costs, specifications/selections and design elements to get your project ready to start our construction phase
Step 4 - Review.
In this final step of our Preliminary Phase, we meet with you (the coffees are on us! ) and present your project estimate and our build contract.
Step 5 - Contract.
Congratulations we have received your signed contract, we now move in Phase 2 - Construction.
Phase 2 - Construction.
Now your dream comes alive! Sit back and watch us do all the hard work.
Step 6 - Co-Construct.
We introduce you to Co-Construct, our secure online project management system where you can review progress and comment on photos throughout the project timeline. You will see updates on budgets, site progress and so much more - this is our communication hub.
Step 7 - Construction Begins.
This is where our teams shines. We build the dream as designed. Our expert project management ensures the project runs like clockwork, keeping you up to date and in the loop the whole time.
Phase 3 - Post Construction.
Time to kick off those shoes, walk through the front door and crack a celebratory drink!
Step 8 - Post-Construction.
Congratulations, your new home is ready. We walk you through the project making sure everything is perfect, and you let us know how the project felt for you. Our Halo 10-Year Residential Guarantee protects you after the building process, and for the next ten years.
Step 9 - Live As You Have Imagined.
You are in your beautiful home, now it’s all up to you. We can’t wait to see you and your family love living in the home as much as we loved building it.

When we came across the online software, Co-Construct, we knew we’d struck software gold for our clients. Using this easy-to-use secure online system, clients can view their new home’s build progress, financials, upcoming schedule and photos.
